All orders require a 25% deposit upon confirmation of order and the balace will be due upon shipping date. When placing an order for a finish other then Natural, Please be sure to mention the type of finish you are interested in in the comments field of the order form. We can build to your individual needs and we can modify all of our existing designs or we can completely re-design and make a new piece according to your specifications.
